Tender forms along with details of items with specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the Asstt. Admn. Officer, N.R.C.C., Nagpur during office hours on all working days on written request and on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) for each item by cash or demand draft drawn in favour of “ICAR Unit NRCC, Nagpur. In case, the firms need the tender forms by speed post, they will have to pay another Rs.50/- with a request to do so. No Money Orders will be accepted.
The last date of sale of tender forms is 15/09/2010 by 2.00 p.m.
The last date of receipt of tender is 15/09/2010 by 4.00 p.m.
The date of opening of tenders is 16/09/2010 at 11.00 a.m.
The sealed tenders should reach the Asstt. Admn. Officer on or before the stipulated date mentioned in the tender form. The Director, National Research Centre for Citrus, Nagpur reserves the right to cancel the purchase of any item or all listed above at any stage during the process of purchase.
