Tender forms along with details of items with specification and terms and conditions can be obtained from the Admn. Officer for Mission Leader, T.M.C. for Vidarbaha, Nagpur during office hours on all working days on payment of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred only) for each item by cash or demand draft drawn in favour of “TMC (NHM) Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. Of India, Nagpur “ In case, the firms need the tender forms by speed post, they will have to pay another Rs. 50/- with a request to do so. No Money Order will be accepted.
The last date of sale of tender forms is - 09 /02/2012 upto 2.00 p.m.
The last date of receipt of tender is - 09/02/2012 upto 4.00 p.m
The date of opening of tenders is - 10/02/2012 at 11.00 A.M.
The sealed tenders should reach the Admn. Officer on or before the stipulated date mentioned in the tender form. The Mission Leader, T.M.C. for Vidarbha, Nagpur reserve the right the cancel the purchase of any items or all listed above at any stage during the process of purchase.
NOTE: The tenders may be submitted in the sealed cover specifically mention Tender for item No. and name of the item.
